Sales Coordinator -Office-Based

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma

Role Overview:

Responsible for preparing quotations, handling tenders, coordinating with clients/suppliers, and supporting the sales team with documentation and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical & commercial quotations.
• Review tender documents and support tender submissions.
• Coordinate with clients for inquiries, clarifications & follow-up.
• Communicate with suppliers for pricing and technical data.
• Maintain records of quotations, POs, and tender documents.
• Coordinate internally with procurement, logistics & finance.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering graduate or diploma holder (mandatory).
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales coordination (preferred).
• Good communication, MS Office skills, and attention to detail.
• With valid qatar id
