Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of both shops to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Handles staff management, sales targets, budgeting, inventory, and strategic decisions.
• Manage a team of 7 staff members across both locations, including scheduling, attendance, and task allocation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of perishable items.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage standards for food safety and quality.
• Coordinate staff shifts and manpower for daily operations and special events.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure pricing, product displays, and promotional materials are up to date.
• Train and guide staff in customer service, hygiene, and shop procedures.
• Track sales, prepare daily reports, and submit operational updates to management.

Requirements:

• Will handle two shops with 7 team member
• Supervise the staff and store for day to day operation
• Coordinate and schedule the staff for events.
• Minimum 2-3 years with perishable shop experience.
