- Secondary or Bachelor's Graduate

Salary Details- 8hrs/ 26 days Salary Plus Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by the company Or QAR Full package

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling using therapeutic techniques for workplace or personal emotional issues.
- Be available to support staff at all times in accommodation or on-site.
- Maintain confidentiality in all counseling sessions.
- Report on availability status and any welfare issues to the Welfare Manager.
