Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners.
• Handle client inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up consistently to convert leads.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, Documentation) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain daily communication through emails, calls, and WhatsApp to generate leads.
• Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and provide suitable logistics solutions.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Hindi-speaking candidates preferred).
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
• Ability to handle client communication professionally.
• Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
