*Job Overview*

Looking for CDL Class A drivers to pull 53ft reefers over the road. Minimum 2 years of experience required, good MVR, good attitude and good communication with dispatch. Hiring good drivers in all 48 states to make good money a week. This role requires a strong understanding of route planning, load management, and adherence to safety regulations.

We run Midwest, South and North East. We don't go WEST of I25.

*Responsibilities*

- Operate commercial vehicles, reefer trailers, to transport freight to designated locations.

- Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

- Ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.

*Experience*

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required; additional endorsements are a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, dispatchers, and team members.

*Job Requirements*

- 2 years minimum experience (verifiable), and some reefer experience is a must.

- Current Medical Certification.

- Minimum 25 years old.

- No more then 1 accident in the last 5 years or 2 traffic violation in the last 3 years.

*Company Driver Offer:

- We offer two pay options:

$2000 a week minimum pay for 7 days on the road OR

$0.75 per mile all miles are paid loaded and empty.

*Lease Purchase Offer:

- Truck payments range from $500 to $1000, depends of the year and mileage.

- No balloon payments.

- No forced dispatch.

- Drivers earn 75% from the gross and only pay for Truck Payment, Fuel and Tolls.

- Average $2000- $5000 weekly after all expenses have been deducted from settlements.

- Bonuses pay for every clean DOT Inspection.

- Referral Bonus of $300 for every driver-friend you bring to the company.

- Paid via direct deposit weekly every Friday (1099).
