We are expanding our team for Careem Quick operations in JVC and looking for committed and hardworking bike riders ready to work in a structured and high-demand delivery environment.

Earnings Structure:

• Minimum Guarantee Value (MGV): AED 4,500
• Commission: AED 7 per order (above target performance increases your total income)
• Salary credited every month by the 10th
• Salary paid through C3 Card

This structure ensures stable monthly income with performance-based upside.

What We Provide:

• Electric Bike provided by the company
• Battery standby available at the zone (no waiting time issues)
• Limited delivery radius – only 3 to 4 KM
• Organized zone-based operations for smoother workflow

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Bike License
• Basic spoken English
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to handle delivery pressure
• Previous delivery experience is an advantage
