MHM SAHI TRADING - L.L.C - S.P.C is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer / Sales Manager to join our growing team in the UAE.
1. Key Responsibilities
1.1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
1.2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with contractors, developers, government entities, and consultants, and maintain strong client relationships.
1.3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
1.4. Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and contribute to strategic business planning.
1.5. Promote and sell a wide range of construction materials, tools, and related high demand trading products.
1.6. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and proposals for clients.
1.7. Negotiate contracts, ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
2. Candidate Requirements
2.1. Minimum 3-5+ years of relevant sales experience in building construction, infrastructure materials, tools, and related high demand trading products.
2.2. Must have strong UAE market knowledge & client connections.
2.3. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
2.4. Valid or transferable UAE visa.
2.5. Fluency in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu (spoken and written).
2.6. Degree (attested by home country authorities, embassy, and UAE Ministry of Education).
2.7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
2.8. Must be honest, loyal, professionalism and fully committed to company interests, confidentiality, and ethics.
2.9. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

3.1. Competitive fixed salary or commission-based package, depending on sales performance and business development (to be discussed during interview).
