Hiring Social Media & E-Commerce Executive in Nungambakkam

We are looking for a Social Media & E-commerce Executive to manage our brand’s online presence and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, handling online campaigns, and managing e-commerce product listings to boost sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Run paid promotions/ads on social media platforms.
• Manage e-commerce platforms (Amazon, company website, etc.).
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images).
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback on e-commerce portals.
• Analyze social media and e-commerce performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Social Media / E-commerce Management (Freshers with knowledge can apply).
• Good understanding of social media trends, content creation, and e-commerce portals.
• Basic knowledge of SEO & digital marketing tools preferred.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.Qualification: Any Degree & Certification in Digital Marketing.

Location: Nungambakkam Chennai

Timings: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm

Salary: 15k to 20k
