JOB DESCRIPTION

We are working final expanse insurance program

we are searching for a polite , professional person to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to customers by answering question , handling complaint the product and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.

Male & Female candidate have an experience first must be considered

Minimum 1-2 years experience from verification

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering or making calls to learn about and address their needs, complaints ,or services

Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solution, ensuring that supported and convince to the customer

• Good communication to team member and build your team to manage work
• High level commission
• SKILLS
• Patience customers may be frustrated when they make contact ,so patience is certainly virtue every employee and team as needs to have closed sales
• English communication
• positive attitude.
• Attentive listening.
• Timing start 700 PM to 500 am and 45 minutes break
