Female Fronter/verifier (Single Call BPO)

We are looking for female Fronters and Closers to join our professional call center team. The ideal candidates should be confident, motivated, and have excellent communication skills to engage with clients and achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

Fronters:

• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Confident, polite, and energetic on calls.

Closers:

• Handle warm leads from fronters.
• Build trust with clients and gather detailed information.
• Close deals effectively.
• Achieve sales and targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident, polite, and energetic on calls..
• Goal-oriented and motivated .
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
• Previous call center/sales experience preferred.
