Job Summary:

We are seeking a Vice Principal for a reputed school in Hyderabad experienced with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in CBSE schools. The role requires strong academic leadership, administrative expertise, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will support the Principal in curriculum implementation, teacher mentorship, and overall school operations while ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in school administration, policy implementation, and staff management.
• Supervise academic programs and ensure alignment with CBSE standards.
• Guide and mentor teachers to enhance instructional quality.
• Monitor student discipline, performance, and overall well-being.
• Strengthen parent-teacher communication and engagement.
• Oversee examinations, assessments, and co-curricular activities.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and school policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in Education or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a CBSE school.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Knowledge of school operations, curriculum planning, and teacher training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
