• HOD Department Experience

Vice Principal Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal to plan and execute all matters related to the functioning of the school.
• Ensure academic excellence of the school.
• Oversee the academics of KG through Std XII.
• Lead student discipline, conduct investigations, and coordinate interventions or expulsions where necessary.
• Supervise, evaluate, mentor, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Play an instructional leadership role,classroom observations, curriculum guidance, and teacher professional development.
• Initiate and implement new academic strategies.
• Implement academic guidelines issued by CBSE.
• Plan and Implement academic and co-curricular activities for the school.
• Manage all CBSE related work along with the Principal.
