Key Responsibilities:

• Integrated Teaching: Deliver comprehensive lectures for Class XI and XII History (Board Level) while laying the groundwork for UPSC General Studies (Paper I) and CUET Domain Subjects.
• Curriculum Delivery: Cover key themes in Ancient, Medieval, and Modern Indian History, as well as World History. Emphasize historical chronology and cause-and-effect analysis to align with the UPSC Foundation curriculum.
• Assessment & Tracking: Conduct and analyze Bi-Weekly topic tests (Subjective for Boards & Objective for Entrances) to benchmark students against national competition and track performance.
• Doubt Resolution: Lead dedicated individual doubt-clearing sessions to ensure students have zero gaps in conceptual understanding.
• Mentorship: Maintain a disciplined classroom environment and mentor students to develop the critical analysis and answer-writing skills required for Civil Services aspirants.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s Degree in History (M.A. History).
• Experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience in a coaching institute or school.
• Skills: Strong storytelling ability to make historical events engaging. Ability to connect historical context with current geopolitical scenarios (essential for UPSC/CLAT preparation).
