Job Description (JD):

The HMIS Implementation/Support Officer will be responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, and end-user support of the Camden Health System’s Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) across client sites. The role involves coordinating with healthcare departments, providing user training, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth operation post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure HMIS modules at client sites as per project requirements.
• Conduct system walkthroughs, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for system enhancement and issue resolution.
• Perform data validation, testing, and report generation during implementation.
• Provide on-site and remote support to hospital staff for operational issues.
• Document implementation activities, feedback, and support logs.
• Assist in gap analysis and requirement gathering from client departments.
• Maintain communication with project managers to ensure timely task completion.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of hospital workflows and HMIS operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of Project Management tools will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networking and system configuration preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
