Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department – IT to lead our technology division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing a team of professionals, and driving digital transformation initiatives to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee system security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and software applications.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and deliver technology solutions.
• Mentor and guide IT staff, fostering professional growth and team efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial
