Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in outbound holidays and visa processing
• In-depth knowledge of visa procedures for major destinations (USA, UK, Schengen, Australia, etc.)
• Strong destination knowledge and itinerary planning skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficiency in GDS, CRM systems, and MS Office (preferred)
