Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in outbound holidays and visa processing
- In-depth knowledge of visa procedures for major destinations (USA, UK, Schengen, Australia, etc.)
- Strong destination knowledge and itinerary planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in GDS, CRM systems, and MS Office (preferred)
