Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Holiday Consultant to drive sales and manage client relationships in the travel industry. The role focuses on understanding customer travel requirements, recommending suitable holiday destinations, curating personalized packages, and upselling value-added services such as excursions, upgrades, or travel insurance. The consultant acts as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-travel feedback, coordinating with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of holiday plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand travel preferences, budget, and expectations
  • Recommend, sell, and customize holiday packages to maximize client satisfaction
  • Upsell additional services such as tours, excursions, travel insurance, and upgrades
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth booking, itinerary preparation, and holiday execution
  • Collect client feedback and implement suggestions to enhance service quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in holiday sales or travel consultancy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of popular holiday destinations and packages
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused
