Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
  • Create and sell customized holiday packages like inbound and outbound, including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel documentation.
  • Manage bookings, payments, and coordination with suppliers and partners.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service before, during, and after travel.
  • Keep up with global travel trends, visa policies, and safety regulations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Ensure accurate processing of travel documents including visas, travel insurance, itineraries, and confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate client records, preferences, and history in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry or a degree in Tourism/Hospitality.
  • Strong sales and communication skills written & verbal.
  • Good knowledge of travel booking tools and systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or others).
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • A passion for travel and helping others experience the world.
  • Language required English, Hindi & additional languages preferrable.
