Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Create and sell customized holiday packages like inbound and outbound, including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel documentation.
- Manage bookings, payments, and coordination with suppliers and partners.
- Deliver high-quality customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Keep up with global travel trends, visa policies, and safety regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Ensure accurate processing of travel documents including visas, travel insurance, itineraries, and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate client records, preferences, and history in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry or a degree in Tourism/Hospitality.
- Strong sales and communication skills written & verbal.
- Good knowledge of travel booking tools and systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or others).
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- A passion for travel and helping others experience the world.
- Language required English, Hindi & additional languages preferrable.
