Qualifications
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Verify guest details and maintain accurate records.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage bookings through online platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and direct inquiries.
- Update room/property availability on all booking portals.
- Coordinate with guests regarding arrival details and special arrangements.
- Process payments, refunds, and maintain billing records.
- Monitor occupancy levels and report performance.
- Respond to booking inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Promote holiday home packages and special offers.
- Assist in improving online reviews and ratings.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in reservations or front-office operations (hospitality or real estate).
- Can Speak Arabic and english fluently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
