Holiday Home Receptionist

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Verify guest details and maintain accurate records.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
  • Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage bookings through online platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and direct inquiries.
  • Update room/property availability on all booking portals.
  • Coordinate with guests regarding arrival details and special arrangements.
  • Process payments, refunds, and maintain billing records.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and report performance.
  • Respond to booking inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Promote holiday home packages and special offers.
  • Assist in improving online reviews and ratings.
  • Support marketing initiatives to increase occupancy

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in reservations or front-office operations (hospitality or real estate).
  • Can Speak Arabic and english fluently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
