Holiday Homes Onboarding Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Holiday Home Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new landlords and ensuring seamless integration of holiday homes into our platform. You will leverage your knowledge of holiday home systems and platforms to support the holiday home team and enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new landlords by guiding them through the registration and setup process.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive listing of holiday homes across various platforms.
• Maintain and update landlord and property information in CRM systems, particularly Zoho.
• Manage and optimize listings on RMS, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, and other OTA platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to landlords and the holiday home team.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure listings are attractive and compliant.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of listings, recommending improvements.
• Stay updated on platform policies, industry trends, and best practices in the holiday home sector.
• Assist in resolving guest and landlord queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in onboarding and managing holiday homes or vacation rentals.
• Strong knowledge of holiday home management systems and platforms (Zoho CRM, RMS, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
• Familiarity with Dubai’s holiday home regulations and market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and property management software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online listing optimization is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in Dubai’s Holiday Home company or real estate sector.
• Multilingual skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to short-term rentals.
