ob Title: Property Manager (Guest Relations & Operations)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team at JnA House Vacation Homes Rental LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring properties are always ready for new arrivals, and maintaining the highest operational standards. This role also includes opportunities to earn commissions, making it ideal for someone driven and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Communication & Relations:

• Act as the primary contact for guests, handling all inquiries, issues, and requests from booking to check-out.

• Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes, including accurate input of guest details into government and building portals.

• Build rapport with guests to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, addressing any concerns promptly.

Property Readiness & Inspections:

• Ensure properties are always 100% guest-ready, including cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

• Conduct inspections post-cleaning to ensure all tasks are completed to high standards.

• Collaborate with the cleaning team to resolve any deficiencies and maintain excellence in property conditions.

Maintenance & Reporting:

• Perform regular property inspections to identify and report maintenance issues promptly.

• Notify management of any urgent repairs or issues and follow up on resolutions to minimize downtime.

Revenue & Property Acquisition:

• Earn commissions by bringing in new guest bookings.

• Actively assist in signing new properties under Naseem Homes management, contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.

• Familiarity with government and building portals is a plus.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

• Flexible to accommodate guest check-in and check-out schedules.

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month.

• Commissions: Earn additional income through:
