We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Holiday Homes Supervisor to join Lumiras Casa, a growing hospitality division of a diversified international holding group. Lumiras Casa manages high-standard holiday homes and serviced apartments with a focus on premium guest experience, operational efficiency, and well-maintained properties. We are now expanding our operations in Istanbul, Turkey, and seeking the right candidate to support this growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of holiday homes / short-term rental units.
• Oversee pricing, reservations, occupancy, and revenue optimization.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and ensure an exceptional hospitality experience.
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and property readiness.
• Ensure compliance with Istanbul’s short-term rental regulations and tourism requirements.
• Manage online listings, booking platforms, and guest reviews (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Train and supervise support staff to maintain high service and property standards.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors when necessary.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, or hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple units and tasks efficiently.
• Presentable, professional, and service-oriented personality.
• Fluency in English and Turkish required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Istanbul hospitality and tourism market.
