Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Residential Light Installer who is not afraid of heights and enjoys working outdoors. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation of permanent and seasonal lighting on residential properties. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely install residential lighting on roofs, eaves, and other high locations
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and removal of lighting installations
• Ensure all equipment is properly used, maintained, and stored
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience in light installation or electrical work is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable car to drive to and from each location
