Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential clients in international markets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

· Advise clients on destinations, cultures, customs, weather conditions, and available activities.

· Process bookings, collect payments, and handle applicable fees.

· Manage travel issues, including conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.

· Promote and sell travel packages and services tailored to specific markets.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets.

· Represent the company at international travel fairs, BTL activities, and tourism events.

· Stay informed on international travel trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

· Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
