Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Residence 1072, Retail 012, Al-Muteena, Deira, Dubai, U.A.E.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients with holiday package and visa requirements - Assist clients in understanding vacation and visa regulations for various countries.
  • Communicate professionally - Engage with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email in a polite and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers & Vendors - Work closely with travel suppliers, vendors, and tour operators to ensure competitive pricing, availability, and high-quality services.
  • Promote and Sell Holiday Packages - Actively promote various holiday packages, including tours, accommodation, and travel experiences, to potential clients.
  • Offer Tailored Travel Solutions - Offer customized solutions for clients, including luxury holidays, group tours, and destination management, based on their preferences.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Promote and sell holiday packages to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Stay Updated on Destinations & Trends - Keep up with the latest travel trends, popular destinations, visa requirements, and holiday package offerings.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain Accurate Records - Record all client interactions, sales, and booking details in CRM or other systems for tracking and follow-ups.
  • Process Client Documentation - Assist in gathering necessary documents and ensuring all paperwork for travel bookings (e.g., visas, itineraries) is completed on time.
  • Verify document authenticity - Ensure client-submitted documents are correct.
  • Provide quotations and service proposals - Offer affordable package details tailored to client needs.
  • Provide Travel Quotes & Proposals - Create detailed itineraries and quotations based on customer preferences, ensuring all details align with their needs and budget.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team - Work with other sales executives, marketing teams, and customer service to achieve overall company goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic & English - Spoken and written proficiency in both languages is required.
  • Knowledge of Destinations - Familiarity with popular holiday destinations, travel trends, and best vacation spots.
  • Communication & CRM Skills - Strong communication skills with familiarity in CRM tools is a plus.
  • Holidays Package Sales Experience - Previous experience in selling holiday packages is Mandatory.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset - High attention to detail and dedication to quality customer service.
  • Graduation in Travel & Tourism - A formal education in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Sales-Oriented Attitude - Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Time Management Skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client cases efficiently.
  • Willingness to Learn - Open to learning about new visa updates, holiday package offerings, policies, and tools.
  • Organize Client Appointments and Meetings - Schedule consultations, bookings, and meetings with clients, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction - Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or complaints related to holiday packages or travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and Achieve KPIs - Track personal sales KPIs, ensuring goals for revenue, customer acquisition, and other relevant metrics are met.
