Holistic / Internal Medicine Doctor (Call Center Support Role – U.S. Market Focus)

We are seeking Holistic and Internal Medicine Doctors — and exceptional General Practitioners with a strong understanding of holistic, organic, and integrative medicine — to join our dynamic Cairo-based medical support team.

In this role, you will provide doctor-level support to our U.S.-based sales agents who assist clients with health-related concerns and product inquiries. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, joining live calls to offer credible medical input, clarify complex questions, and reinforce the accuracy and integrity of our health consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time medical support to sales agents during customer calls, ensuring information shared is medically sound and aligned with U.S. healthcare terminology and standards.
• Accurately answer questions about U.S.-based pharmaceutical products, supplements, and treatment protocols.
• Offer expert insights in holistic medicine, lifestyle health, and integrative care approaches.
• Educate and guide sales agents to ensure they communicate confidently and compliantly with customers.
• Join live or shadowed calls to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve knowledge-sharing, training materials, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBCh) from an accredited institution (required).
• Experience or strong interest in holistic or functional medicine (required).
• Familiarity with U.S. medical terminology, pharmaceuticals, and nutrition / supplement practices (required).
• Prior experience in telemedicine, health coaching, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong background or self‑study enthusiasm in exercise science and nutrition (preferred).
