Holistic Nail & Wellness Therapist (Female Only)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and mindful Holistic Nail & Wellness Therapist to join Blaura’s founding beauty and wellness team.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and a holistic approach to hand and foot care—combining natural nail services with reflexology, massage, and Ayurvedic-inspired rituals.

This role is designed for someone who values natural beauty, healing touch, and wellness-driven artistry over artificial enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform natural manicures and pedicures with a strong focus on nail health, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
• Provide hand and foot massage as part of treatments to support relaxation, circulation, and stress release.
• Incorporate reflexology principles to enhance the therapeutic benefit of each session.
• Integrate Ayurvedic techniques, oils, and ingredients when applicable to support holistic wellness rituals.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and tool care at all times.
• Assist in developing Blaura’s signature hand and foot wellness protocols and treatment menu.
• Educate clients on nail health, aftercare, and benefits of regular holistic treatments.
• Collaborate closely with the Spa & Salon Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a calm, nurturing, and professional presence in all guest interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in natural nail care or spa-based nail therapy (holistic or wellness environments preferred).
• Certified in nail care, hygiene, and sanitation practices (UAE-recognized license preferred).
• Strong understanding of reflexology and Ayurvedic-inspired hand and foot care.
• Skilled in natural hand and foot massage techniques.
• Knowledge of natural ingredients, oils, organic products, and traditional wellness methods.
• Excellent hygiene standards with strong attention to detail and client comfort.
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
