Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform standard cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces).
• Execute deep cleaning tasks (grout scrubbing, appliance detailing, upholstery cleaning).
• Conduct move-out cleans (thorough post-occupancy cleaning, including walls, cabinets, and fixtures).
• Adhere to company SOPs and safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors.
• Respect client property and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred (pay reflects experience).
• Reliable transportation (non-negotiable).
• Own cleaning equipment/supplies:
• Mop, vacuum, broom, duster, microfiber towels/rags.
• Surface-specific solutions (wood, tile, glass, etc.).
• Punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Pay Range: $20.00−$28.00 per hour (Experience-Based)
