Looking for Home Appliances (Refrigerator, Freezer, Automatic Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Gas & Electric Cooker and Oven) with at least 3-5 years experiences with maintenance, repairing and installation of All kinds of Home Appliances and AC's . Must be able troubleshoot and diagnose faults quickly.

Responsibilities and Duties

Will be a leader of a team of 2-3 members of a Mobile unit
Managing multiple complaints and solving them at the same point.
Covering many complaints at different sites all over dubai.
Managing our AMC sites with regular Servicing and making of ppm reports.
Quick decision making.
Dealing with customers and attending their queries.
Generating invoices on the site etc.
Qualifications and Skills

Diploma/Certificate in relevant field.
