The Opportunity

Are you a go-getter who thrives on independence and results? As the sole Acquisition Manager, you will drive the property acquisition strategy. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy—you’ll source deals, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with sellers. Base pay: $48,000/year with OTE of $128,000. As the sole Acquisition Manager, you’ll have complete ownership of your pipeline and deals.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for property opportunities and prioritize motivated sellers
• Analyze each property’s potential, including ARV and earning opportunity
• Negotiate purchase prices to maximize returns while maintaining ethical practices
• Build strong relationships with sellers and understand their motivations
• Generate leads independently when necessary to meet acquisition goals
• Manage all leads and communications in the CRM for team continuity
• Support properties under contract as needed, ensuring smooth transactions
