Job Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide (Home Care)

Service Location: Chicago, Illinois – 60608

Schedule: Part-Time – 20–30 Hours Per Week

Pay: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience and client needs)

Responsibilities

Caregivers assist clients with everyday activities, including:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility and helping with safe transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping tasks
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Using a mobile application to clock in and document care activities
• Communicating updates with the office team
• Maintaining consistent attendance and professionalism
  
  

Dependability is essential, as our clients rely on caregivers for daily support.

Qualifications

Strong candidates typically meet the following requirements:

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred)
• CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training may be available)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Smartphone capable of using care documentation apps
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
