Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Director to lead and oversee our non-skilled private home care operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of home care, and have a passion for enhancing quality. This role involves managing care services, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for clients with diverse needs. The Home Care Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of care and services while managing operational efficiency and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs.
- Supervise and lead caregiving staff, including nurses and home care support personnel, ensuring adherence to care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage daily operations including staffing schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including policy development for compliance assurance and best practices.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve client and staff satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Onboard staff and provide regular education and oversee the intake of new clients.
Experience
- Proven management experience within home care preferred, however experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or retirement communities strongly considered.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and the ability to work independently a must.
- Must possess a strong understanding management including budgeting and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
