Our Tempe agency is seeking an HR / Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in recruiting top caregiving talent, overseeing the HR onboarding process, conducting training sessions, and assisting with various administrative HR tasks to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead caregiver recruitment efforts including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Manage HR onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation, background checks, and certifications are completed
• Conduct new hire orientations and training programs to prepare caregivers for success
• Maintain caregiver personnel files and ensure compliance with state and agency regulations
• Assist with employee relations, HR policy implementation, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to develop and improve recruitment strategies
• Provide general HR support for office staff and caregivers as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing within home care, healthcare, or similar industry (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR onboarding best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus.
