We're looking for an HR / Recruitment Coordinator for our Tempe, AZ agency who is hungry, organized, and ready to own something. WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

  • Drive full-cycle caregiver recruitment — job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
  • Own the HR onboarding process end-to-end: documentation, background checks, certifications, compliance — done right, every time
  • Lead new hire orientations and training programs that actually prepare caregivers to succeed in the field
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure ongoing compliance with state and agency regulations
  • Support employee relations, HR policy implementation, and performance tracking
  • Partner directly with corporate leadership on recruitment strategy and continuous improvement
  • Be the go-to HR resource for both office staff and caregivers

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing — home care or healthcare background is a major plus
  • A strong grasp of recruitment strategy and HR onboarding best practices
  • Communication skills that are sharp, clear, and people-first
  • A "Whatever it takes" attitude
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball — because in home care, the ball matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment platforms
  • Bilingual English/Spanish? You just moved to the top of the list.
