Home Care Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication use, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition when required.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols as per local healthcare regulations.
• Participate in training, performance reviews, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid Nursing License from home country.
• Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) license or eligibility preferred (Data Flow / Prometric).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or community nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
