Cradlewell provides trusted newborn and mother care services at home. We are building a team of trained and caring nurses to support mothers in their recovery and ensure safe care for babies.

Key Responsibilities

• Help mothers with recovery needs (hygiene, rest, feeding support).
• Take care of babies with bathing, massage, diapering, and sleep routines.
• Check and record basic health signs of mother and baby; report concerns quickly.
• Maintain strict safety and hygiene standards during home care.
• Guide families by answering simple care-related questions.
• Educate parents on lactation, nutrition, breastfeeding, and hand hygiene.
• Coordinate with senior nurses and doctors for training and support.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM, 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)
• Registered Nurse preferred, but not mandatory for freshers
• Caring attitude with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in home-care setup
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
