Job Description:

Patient Care:

• Administering medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitoring vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, glucose) and other symptoms for any changes.
• Assisting with daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, and wound care.
• Providing physical, emotional, social, and cognitive support to patients.

Assessment & Planning:

• Conducting health assessments to determine patient needs.
• Developing personalized care plans in coordination with physicians.
• Monitoring patient recovery and documenting progress in medical records.

Education & Communication:

• Educating patients and their families on managing illnesses, injuries, and treatment plans.
• Serving as a liaison between patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Providing recommendations for improved healthcare to families and doctors.

Collaboration:

• Working with doctors and other healthcare experts to develop comprehensive healthcare plans.
• Reporting on patient conditions and updates to the wider healthcare team.

Emergency Response:

• Responding to patient emergencies and providing first aid or emergency care as needed.
