Home Care Nurse

• 1. Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• 2. Administer medications and basic medical treatments.
• 3. Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
• 4. Offer wound care and post-operative support.
• 5. Give emotional support and educate patients and families.
