Job Title: Home Care Nurse – Oncology (Daycare Setup)

Job Description:
The Home Care Nurse will provide nursing care and support to oncology patients in a daycare and home care setting. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy and supportive medications, monitoring patient conditions, managing side effects, coordinating with oncologists for care plans, and educating patients and families on treatment and home care procedures.

Qualifications:

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Registered with State Nursing Council
• Experience in oncology or day-care setup preferred

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of chemotherapy protocols and patient safety
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and compassionately with cancer patients
• Provide nursing care and support to patients in their homes as per the prescribed care plan.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient health status to the physician or healthcare supervisor.
• Administer medications and injections as per the doctor’s prescription.
• Manage wound care, catheterization, IV infusions, and other nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and family members on health maintenance, hygiene, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety practices are strictly followed.
• Provide emotional support and promote patient comfort and well-being.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
