Job Title: Field Nurse – Home Care

Location: Adyar, Chennai (Travel to patient homes required)

Experience: 1–10 Years (Freshers with nursing certification also considered)

We are looking for a Field Nurse to provide home care nursing support to patients in and around Adyar, Chennai. The nurse will be responsible for patient care activities, medication administration, monitoring recovery progress, and coordinating with doctors and family members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients at their residence.
• Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and report updates to the supervising doctor / care coordinator.
• Administer medications, injections, IV/IM, and wound care as per prescription.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, if required.
• Maintain proper care records and documentation.
• Educate patient and family members on healthcare practices and post-care instructions.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and patient care protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification (Valid nursing registration preferred).
• Basic knowledge of caregiving practices and patient handling.
• Ability to manage elderly patients, post-surgery patients, or chronic illness care.
• Good communication and empathy skills.
• Willingness to travel within Adyar & nearby areas.

Working Details

• Location: Patient home visits (Adyar region)

• Shift Timings: Based on patient requirement (Day shift preferred)
