We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality medical and personal care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their home environment.
• Coordinate with physicians, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure infection control, safety measures, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with valid QCHP License or Eligibility.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience .
