Home Care Nurse

• Should be flexible to do Home care services.
• Monitor patients continuously and record the critical elements in critical care chart
• Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
• Travelling to patients’ home and manage their care plans.
• Administering medications as per schedule.
• Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
• Keep the patient comfortable through
• Providing Suggestions for improved healthcare.
• Coordinating with Physio and Diet Departments.
• Follow Company protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
