Home Care Nurse

We are in need of a Home Care Licensed Nurse in Abu Dhabi with the following qualification and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and continuously monitor patient status.
• Medical Treatments: Administer medications, injections, change dressings, manage wounds, and operate medical equipment.
• Vital Signs & Monitoring: Regularly check blood pressure, pulse, temperature, blood sugar, and oxygen levels.
• Chronic & Post-Surgical Care: Manage diabetes, heart conditions, post-operative recovery, and rehabilitation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, report changes to physicians, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison with doctors and other healthcare professionals (therapists, etc.).

Essential Skills:

• Strong ICU and clinical skills (assessment, medication, wound care).
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations.

Additional Requirements:

• Need to provide proof of Nurse License
• Female candidate is preferred
• Immediate joiner preferred
