Home Care Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurses and Caregivers to provide professional healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medication, assisting with mobility, and ensuring overall patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care

- Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and feeding

- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-treatment care

- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams for patient care plans

- Maintain accurate patient records and report any health concerns

Requirements:

- Female

- DHA/HAAD/MOH license or eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing

- CNA or Caregiving Certificates
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (home care experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with diverse patients
