Home Care Nurse

Job Description:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes as per physician’s orders and care plans.
• Assess patient health conditions regularly and document changes in condition or treatment response.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, IV therapy, and other treatments as required.
• Monitor vital signs and manage medical equipment (e.g., ventilators, oxygen machines).
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, mobility, and feeding.
• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, medication adherence, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation and reports in compliance with DHA/MOH regulations.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• clinical nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• PRC and/or DOH License; BLScertification (preferred) (Required)
