Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Home Care Nurse role located in Bengaluru. The Home Care Nurse will deliver high-quality nursing care to postnatal mothers and newborns, including patient monitoring, providing medical support, and ensuring their well-being. The role will also involve wound care, patient education, and maintaining accurate care records. Flexibility, compassion, and the ability to deliver sensitive care in a home setting are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing and Home Care practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care
• Expertise in Wound Care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals
• Current nursing certification and registration
• Experience in postnatal or maternal healthcare is a plus
