Job Description

Haya Care Nursing Services is hiring qualified and compassionate Home Care Nurses to work under Hamad Private Nursing Services – PNS. The selected nurse will be under the company’s sponsorship and will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, caring, professional, and able to deliver safe and high-quality patient care while maintaining excellent communication with patients, families, and the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients at home under PNS requirements and company standards.
• Monitor the patient’s condition and report any changes immediately.
• Administer medications safely and on time as instructed.
• Assist patients with personal care, hygiene, feeding, mobility, and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and daily reports.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, supervisors, and the healthcare team.
• Respect patient privacy, dignity, and cultural values.
• Follow company policies and PNS guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Valid nursing license or eligibility to obtain nursing approval in Qatar.
• Previous experience in home care, elderly care, pediatric care, or hospital nursing is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and respectful.
• Must be willing to work under company sponsorship.
