Key Job Responsibilities

• Emergency & First Aid Response: Provide immediate first aid and trauma care for factory or warehouse injuries (e.g., burns, cuts, falls, or machinery accidents).
• Worker Health Monitoring: Conduct routine health screenings, check vital signs, and monitor employees who are handling hazardous materials or working in high-heat environments.
• Clinic Management: Stock and manage medical supplies, maintain medical logs, and document all occupational incidents for the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the factory meets local safety regulations by conducting facility walk-throughs and educating staff on ergonomics and injury prevention.

Required Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) or a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma.
• Experience: Usually a minimum of 2 to 5 years of clinical or occupational health experience.
• Licensing (QCHP/MOPH): You must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid license from the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP). Applicants usually need to clear the Qatar Prometric exam and complete the DataFlow verification process.
• QHSE Compliance: Familiarity with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
