Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and recovery progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, mobility, nutrition)
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated care
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
