Home Care Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and self-motivated Home Care Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients of all ages and conditions within their homes. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life across a wide spectrum of physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in patients' homes.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with various needs, including:
• Orthopedic (post-operative rehab, fractures, arthritis)
• Neurological (stroke, Parkinson’s disease, MS)
• Geriatric (fall prevention, balance training, age-related conditions)
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other modalities as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility aids, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other health professionals.
• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid license/registration to practice as a Physiotherapist .
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience in home care settings is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
